Job Purpose To deliver engaging, effective English instruction for middle and secondary school students in alignment with the CBSE curriculum, while contributing to the academic and residential life of the school.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver well-structured English lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Develop students’ proficiency in reading, writing, grammar, speaking, and literary appreciation.
Assess student learning through classwork, assignments, examinations, and continuous assessment.
Maintain accurate academic records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Support differentiated learning and address the academic needs of individual students.
Contribute to English-related clubs, competitions, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
Participate actively in the school’s residential programme, including student supervision, pastoral care, and house activities.




Collaborate with colleagues in academic planning and school-wide initiatives.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, safeguarding, and student wellbeing.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in English with B.Ed. from a recognised institution.
Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Sound knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
Experience in a residential/boarding school workplace will be an advantage.
