Detailed : Seeking a Workday Recruiting Solution Architect to support a global clients initiative to define country-specific process deviations for India within their existing Workday Recruiting module.
This resource will lead requirements and design sessions to surface India-specific legal, regulatory, and cultural considerations impacting the recruiting process, and - more importantly - provide expert guidance to the project team on how to design solutions that address those requirements.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of dedicated Workday Recruiting experience, a solid command of Indian labor law and hiring norms, and proven experience facilitating design sessions and advising on solution direction (not configuration).
