HR Business Partner (HRBP) Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Manage HR operations for Bangalore stores/kitchens.
Drive manpower planning, hiring and onboarding with the TA team.
Monitor attendance, absenteeism, attrition and employee retention.
Handle employee grievances, counselling and disciplinary matters.
Conduct regular store visits and employee connects.
Drive employee engagement and Reward & Recognition initiatives.
Support performance management, probation and confirmation processes.
Ensure HR policies, Keka/HRMS and compliance processes are followed.
Prepare and share manpower, attrition, attendance and HR reports.
Partner with Operations Managers to resolve people-related challenges.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
3–6 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
Experience in F&B;, QSR, Retail, Hospitality or high-volume operations preferred.
Solid communication, employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
Willingness to travel across Bangalore locations.
