Get Best Doc is a specialised Healthcare Growth Partner working exclusively with doctors, clinics, diagnostic labs, and hospitals across Guwahati. Founded by a practising-background orthopaedic surgeon, we help healthcare providers grow their patient base and run their practice more efficiently a two-part offering (growth marketing + practice-operations software) sold as a single package.

We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our sales team in a hybrid telecalling + field sales role the same core skill set as pharmaceutical/MR sales (relationship-building with doctors, clinic visits, appointment-based selling), applied to a healthcare services product instead of pharma products.

Ideal for: Current or former Medical Representatives, Pharma Sales Executives, or Healthcare Sales professionals looking for a role with uncapped incentive earning potential and no target inventory/stockist pressure this is a service sale, not a product-push role.

Key Responsibilities
Approach doctors, clinics, diagnostic labs, and hospitals via phone (telecalling) and in-person clinic visits (field)
Present and explain Get Best Doc's healthcare growth and practice-management offerings
Build and maintain relationships with doctors and clinic decision-makers




Follow up consistently through the sales cycle from first contact to signed client
Maintain call/visit records and report on pipeline status
Achieve monthly sales targets to earn incentive payout

Preferred candidate profile
Medical/Pharma Representative experience strongly preferred you already know how to get an appointment with a doctor and hold a professional conversation with clinic staff
Sales experience in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or medical devices is a robust plus
Candidates from other B2B/field sales backgrounds also considered
Comfortable with a mix of telecalling and field visits (not office-desk-only)
Own two-wheeler required for field visits in Guwahati
Fluent in Hindi and English; Assamese a plus
