Role: Project Executive

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our Teleradiology services clearly.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about our services.
Follow up with prospective clients and support them through the onboarding process.
Coordinate with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Handle queries and provide timely support to clients after onboarding.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and build valuable client relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve client concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and queries.

Preferred candidate profile Female candidates only can apply.



Candidates from Kanyakumari District or Bangalore can apply for this position. Candidates should be able to communicate in at least ONE of the following languages: Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada.
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
