We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, implement, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
5 to 7 years of solid hands-on experience in the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application.
Deep expertise in GRC configuration, including:
- Policy and Compliance Management (policies, controls, attestations)
- Risk Management (risk statements, assessments, indicators)
- Entity Scoping (Entity Types, Entity Classes, hierarchies)
- Audit Management (engagements, findings, issues)
Advanced platform development experience:
- Business Rules, Script Includes (within scoped apps), UI Actions
- Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts
- Robust proficiency in JavaScript & Glide APIs
- Expertise in Flow Designer and creating GRC-specific workflows and automations
Integration experience, particularly with risk and compliance data sources (e.g., Archer, MetricStream):
- Inbound and Outbound REST/SOAP APIs
