Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager MEP to lead and manage MEP activities across construction/real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, technical management, contractor/vendor coordination, quality and safety compliance, cost control, testing, commissioning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning and execution of MEP works for construction projects.
Review and approve MEP drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and project teams.
Review HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing and ELV system designs.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and safety regulations.
Manage MEP contractors and suppliers and evaluate technical proposals.
Monitor installation quality, site activities and contractor performance.
Prepare and monitor MEP budgets and control project costs.




Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
Oversee testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
Ensure completion of as-built drawings, manuals and project documentation.
Lead, mentor and manage the MEP engineering team.

Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 10–15+ years
Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years
Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential or industrial projects preferred.
