Role & responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of US IT recruiters.
Manage and monitor daily recruitment activities and team performance.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
Work on sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, and closures.
Ensure quality and timely submission of candidates against client requirements.
Track team targets, productivity, and recruitment metrics.
Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
Coordinate with clients/account managers to understand requirements and priorities.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Identify challenges within the team and implement effective solutions.
Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.





Preferred candidate profile
4+ years of experience in US Staffing, preferably with team-handling experience.
Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment process and US staffing market.
Experience managing recruiter performance and meeting team targets.
Good understanding of job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing methods.
Robust communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a quick-paced recruitment setting.
Comfortable working in the US shift (7 PM 4 AM).
