Key Responsibilities:
Understand US client requirements for IT positions.
Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates on interview status and offer processes.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.




Positive aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in US shifts (Night Shift)
