We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Welding Teacher to deliver high-quality, practical training to our students. You will be responsible for classroom theory and intensive, hands-on workshop training in ARC, ARG (TIG), and MIG welding.
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct daily hands-on practical training and demonstrations in ARC, ARG, and MIG welding.
Maintain a protected, clean shop setting and strictly enforce PPE usage.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and set up welding machines and gas cylinders.
Assess student welds, give constructive feedback, and grade practical exams.
You should have: (Requirements)
Gulf Experience highly preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of industrial welding experience.
Prior teaching, mentoring, or supervisory experience is add on.
Deep understanding of welding safety standards, blueprints, and metal types.
