nOptus Housing is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – Interior Design to lead and manage interior design products and execution across multiple project sites.
nKey Responsibilities
nLead the development, planning, and management of interior design products across multiple sites.
nManage the complete product lifecycle from concept, design and specification to execution and delivery.
nCoordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors and site teams.
nEnsure consistency in design quality, product standards and specifications across projects.
nManage product selection, materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and interior components.
nMonitor project timelines, budgets, quality and overall execution.
nConduct regular site visits and resolve design/product-related issues.
nDevelop and maintain product specifications, BOQs, catalogues and material standards.




nIdentify recent materials, products and design trends suitable for residential projects.
nNegotiate and coordinate with vendors for quality, pricing and timely delivery.
nWork closely with Sales, Procurement, Project and Construction teams.
nManage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
nRequirements
n10–17 years of experience in Interior Design, Product Management, Design Management or a related field.
nStrong experience in handling multiple project sites simultaneously.
nExcellent knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures.
nStrong vendor and contractor management skills.
nGood understanding of project planning, costing, quality control and execution.
nStrong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
nExperience in real estate/residential projects will be preferred.
