Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice Process team in Bangalore. The selected candidates will interact with international customers, understand their queries, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain skilled and explicit communication with customers.
Demonstrate active listening and effective problem-solving skills.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain required productivity and customer satisfaction targets.




Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
