The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, leading the team, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, train, motivate, and manage the store team.
Drive daily and monthly sales targets and store KPIs.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
Maintain high standards of coffee, food quality, hygiene, and store presentation.
Manage inventory, stock, wastage, and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and performance.
Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in QSR, café, restaurant or hospitality.
Robust leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Solid ownership and problem-solving attitude.
