We are looking for an experienced IndiaMART Executive to manage customer inquiries, generate business leads, conduct product research, and handle client communication.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily IndiaMART inquiries and leads.
Respond to customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Conduct product and market research.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the internal team.
Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and basic reports.
Handle communication with international clients when required.
Support business development and sales activities.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in IndiaMART handling, sales, or business development.




Good knowledge of computers, internet, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust spoken and written English communication.
Good research and data-handling skills.
Confident in customer communication and follow-ups.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Professional attitude with the ability to work independently.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Location: Surat, Gujarat | In office
