Working Days & Hours : 6 days a week, 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Joining / Notice Period : Within 7 days

Reporting To : Supervisor

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Ahmedabad-based trading company established in 2022. The company deals in children's toys, imported stationery, and glassware and kitchenware for the home. Its products are sold directly to customers through exhibition stalls and trade events organised across Gujarat. The company currently employs around 40 people and operates from its head office at C. G. Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad.

JOB PURPOSE

To drive counter sales at the company's exhibition stalls by engaging walk-in customers, demonstrating the product range and closing sales against daily targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell toys, stationery, glassware and kitchenware to customers at exhibition stalls.
Greet walk-in visitors, understand their requirement and demonstrate relevant products.
Achieve assigned daily and event-wise sales targets.
Handle billing and collect payments by cash, card and UPI accurately.
Maintain the stall display, product arrangement,



pricing tags and cleanliness through the day.
Keep track of quick-moving stock and inform the Supervisor about replenishment needs.
Record daily sales and hand over collections to the Supervisor at closing.
Address customer queries and complaints politely and escalate where required.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 12th pass.
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, counter or field sales.
Candidates from consumer retail, exhibition sales or showroom backgrounds preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Confident communication in Gujarati and Hindi.
Customer-friendly approach with the ability to convince and close a sale.
Presentable, energetic and comfortable standing for long hours.
Basic numerical ability for billing and cash handling.
Honest and reliable in handling cash and stock.

COMPENSATION & PERKS
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month.
Performance incentives on achievement of sales targets.
Annual Diwali bonus as per company policy.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Willingness to travel and stay outstation for exhibitions across Gujarat.
Own vehicle preferred.
Work on weekends and public holidays as exhibitions are typically scheduled on these days.
