Position: Telecaller Executive

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Week Off: Rotational

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain services and provide required information.
Follow up with customers regarding payments and services.
Maintain call records and update system data.
Achieve daily calling and performance targets.
Handle customers professionally and politely.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with experience in Collections, Sales, Customer Support, or BPO will have an added advantage. DRA-certified candidates are preferred for higher salary slabs.
