Job ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor day-to-day production activities.
Plan and coordinate production schedules to achieve targets.
Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain quality standards and minimize production errors and wastage.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production output.
Maintain daily production reports and records.
Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in production engineering/manufacturing.
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or a relevant engineering field preferred.
Positive knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.
Basic knowledge of quality control and production planning.
Valuable problem-solving and coordination skills.
