Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction and interior work at the project site.
Ensure execution is carried out as per approved architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings.
Read and interpret working drawings, details, sections, and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
Check dimensions, levels, alignment, materials, and workmanship at site.
Monitor quality of civil, masonry, plaster, flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other interior works.
Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets when required.
Maintain daily site progress reports and update the project team.
Monitor material deliveries, material usage, and site storage.




Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding work sequences and deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections and report defects or deviations.
Assist in preparing work estimates, quantity calculations, and contractor bills.
