Role Purpose
To drive the development, industry relevance, student outcomes, and market growth of three assigned academic departments, contributing to improved placements, fee growth, and university revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the development of assigned departments.
Coordinate with faculty to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
Develop industry connections for placements, internships, projects, and MoUs.
Identify and pursue grants, funding, CSR, and sponsored opportunities.
Monitor departmental compliance, documentation, reports, and deadlines.
Ensure effective ground-level execution of departmental.
Identify industry and market gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Track student employability, placement performance, and employer feedback.




Prepare regular department-wise performance reports for management.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA/PGDM preferred.
3 to 7 years of experience in business development, education, placements, corporate relations, or operations.
Robust communication, networking, relationship management, execution, and reporting skills.
Experience in the higher-education sector will be an advantage.
