Staff Guidance: Trains current waiters, assigns side-duties, runs pre-shift briefings, and checks staff grooming and punctuality.
Guest Relations: Greets guests, takes complex food or wine orders, recommends menu items, and resolves any complaints.
Communication: Coordinates directly with the kitchen and bar to guarantee timely order delivery.
Operations Support: Helps manage table settings, inventory counts for cutlery and glassware, and basic billing or closing duties
