Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries/leads.
Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
Provide accurate information about courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.
Counsel students and parents regarding suitable educational programs.
Follow up with interested candidates through calls and other communication channels.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/student information in the system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission conversion targets.
Build a positive relationship with students throughout the admission process.
Coordinate with the academic/admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment.
Maintain professional communication and provide a good candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling student enquiries.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Ability to work with targets and follow-up consistently.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, academic counseling, admission counseling, education sales, inside sales, or customer support will be preferred.
