Job Description

Panther E-Rickshaw is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource operations and support the organization in building a productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee grievances.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention activities.




Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Support management in various HR-related initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle HR operations independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software will be an advantage.
