Job Overview

Speedigo Engineering & Technology is looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations, inventory management, dispatch coordination, safety compliance, and production support activities. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills and experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily factory operations and workforce activities.
Manage inventory, raw materials, spares, tools, and equipment.
Coordinate vehicle and material dispatches with transporters.
Ensure proper loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch documentation.
Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before vehicle dispatch.
Monitor stock levels and raise material procurement requests.
Maintain issue and return records for materials and tools.
Ensure maintenance of machinery, equipment, and factory assets.
Monitor factory safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.




Maintain records of company vehicles, servicing, and usage.
Manage factory assets, keys, security, and documentation.
Handle petty cash records and operational expense documentation.
Ensure proper daily factory closing procedures and reporting.
