Job Role

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for the Airtel Black Process. Candidates will handle inbound customer queries and deliver exceptional support while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls for Airtel Black services.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
Ensure adherence to quality and process guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service with skilled communication.

Eligibility
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates (0–4 years) can apply.
Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi or English + Tamil




Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
