Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

TA/DA: Provided as per company policy

Job Responsibilities:
Handle and coordinate with distributors in the assigned territory.
Visit assigned market beats, retailers and outlets on a regular basis.
Conduct daily market visits and ensure proper product availability and visibility.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with distributors, retailers and customers.
Conduct market surveys to understand demand, competition, pricing and market trends.
Identify and develop new outlets and business prospects.
Generate orders and follow up with distributors and retailers.
Monitor sales and distribution activities in the assigned area.




Share regular market feedback and sales reports with the management.
Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, preferably in FMCG, Dairy or Food Products.
Candidates with experience in distributor handling, market visits and retail sales will be preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Should be comfortable with field work and regular market visits.
Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
