Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Expansion: Client acquisition, empanelment with TowerCos (Indus Towers, etc.), rate negotiation, and acquiring work orders (POs).
SCM & Client Coordination: Direct liaison with SCM, Procurement, and Circle Heads for smooth workflow and PO allocation.
Project & Team Handling: Managing field teams, site execution tracking (Erection, Maintenance, Upgrades, Dismantling, Tenancy Sharing), and BOQ management.
Circle Growth: Expanding company operations into recent telecom circles.
