Key Responsibilities
Approach and interact with potential customers at malls, petrol pumps, and open-market locations.
Explain credit card features, benefits, offers, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Generate leads and acquire recent customers for credit card products.
Assist customers throughout the credit card application and documentation process.
Maintain positive and skilled relationships with customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful applications.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
Sales/credit card experience will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication and a solid interest in sales may also be considered.
Willingness to work in a field-sales workplace.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
