Key Responsibilities:
Hire and onboard delivery riders across Mumbai.
Conduct field recruitment and achieve hiring targets.
Maintain complete rider details and documentation.
Prepare and manage daily/weekly rider rosters.
Coordinate rider attendance, shifts, and deployment.
Manage riders and resolve basic operational issues.
Track rider availability, replacements, and absenteeism.
Maintain daily hiring and rider management reports.
Candidate Requirements:
1+ year of experience in recruitment/manpower hiring preferred.
Delivery rider hiring experience will be an advantage.
Valuable communication skills and robust knowledge of Mumbai local areas.
Comfortable with field work and travelling.
Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp.
Positive coordination and rider management skills.
