We are looking for a caring and responsible Home Care Nurse to provide personal care and basic nursing support to elderly patients at home.
Responsibilities:
Take care of elderly patients and assist with daily activities.
Provide basic nursing care, medication support, and monitor health.
Assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.
Monitor vital signs and report any health concerns.
Maintain a clean, protected, and comfortable workplace.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Requirements:
Nursing/Caregiver experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of nursing and elderly care.
Patient, caring, responsible, and trustworthy.
Experience handling senior citizens or patients will be an advantage.
