Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Intern who will support our growth efforts by identifying potential clients on platforms like Upwork and initiating outreach through personalized emails.

This is a performance-driven role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales Executive position based on results.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify high-quality leads from online platforms
Analyze job postings and shortlist relevant opportunities
Draft and send personalized outreach emails/proposals
Maintain a structured database of leads and outreach status
Follow up with prospects to maximize response rates
Collaborate with the core team to refine messaging and targeting
Continuously improve outreach strategy based on response data





What We’re Looking For:
Solid written English and communication skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Ads, Websites) is a plus
Ability to research and understand client requirements quickly
High attention to detail (no copy-paste spam outreach)
Self-motivated and consistent with daily output

Number of qualified leads identified daily
Quality of personalized outreach
Response rate from prospects
Meetings/bookings generated

Working Structure:
Internship (initial phase)
