Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Explain and promote Vaanchata Laterite Tiles, natural stone and wall décor products.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order confirmation.
Generate leads through architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and individual customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers and construction specialists.
Handle phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
Coordinate with the installation and operations team for customer requirements.
Maintain showroom displays, samples and product presentation.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
Maintain daily enquiry, quotation and sal
