Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales, develop new customers, maintain existing client relationships, and promote FMCG products in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other potential customers.
Generate new leads and develop recent business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
Promote and explain FMCG products, offers, schemes, and pricing to customers.
Take regular orders and ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Monitor product availability, stock levels, and market demand.
Conduct market visits and collect information about competitors, pricing, and new products.
Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
Coordinate with distributors, sales teams, and internal departments.




Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on market activities.
Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts when required.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail outlets.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and market events.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
6 months–3 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Marketing, Retail Sales, or Distribution preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Solid customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of the local market and retail network will be an advantage.
Target-oriented and willing to travel for field sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting is preferred.
Must have a positive attitude, valuable discipline, and strong follow-up skills.
