Business Development Executive

We are looking for a self - motivated and goal - oriented candidate in the Coimbatore location with 1 - 2 years of experience in the field sales, Fintech, MFI and NBFC’s.

Key responsibilities :

● Generate insurance leads through field visits, individual customers, self-help groups, referrals, and local market activities.

● Identify recent business opportunities within the assigned territory.

● Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.

● Explain insurance products, benefits, coverage, premiums, and policy terms clearly to the customers.

● Regularly visit customers to generate a network and convert business.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales.





● Report directly to the assigned reporting Manager and follow daily instructions and targets.

● Maintain punctuality, qualified appearance, and proper conduct during customer and office interactions.

Eligibility:

● Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.

● Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

● Candidates with field sales, marketing, banking, NBFC, or insurance experience will have an advantage.
