Key Responsibilities

Governance & AOP Delivery
Deliver AOP targets for Loss Ratio, PCC, cost, and quality parameters.
Monitor performance metrics and publish governance dashboards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance frameworks.

Risk, Audit & Compliance
Drive audit readiness and closure of audit observations and risk actionable.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal teams to maintain robust control hygiene.

Strategic Execution & Program Management
Lead monthly delivery plans, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.
Manage cross-functional workstreams and dependencies for strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Collaborate with UW, Claims, Actuarial, Product, Operations, and Technology functions.
Influence decision-making with data-backed insights and structured communication.




Lead governance forums and leadership review cycles.

Review & Communication Excellence
Create high-impact CXO-level review decks, reports, and strategic presentations.
Drive crisp documentation of processes, policies, and status updates.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Health Insurance, underwriting principles, products, and key cost drivers.
High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word , and analytical tools.
Expertise in governance frameworks, compliance, and project management.

Leadership & Behavioral
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
Proactive leadership with solid execution rigor.
Thought leadership, structured thinking, and design-thinking mindset.
Solid drafting, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience & Qualification
10 to 15 years in Health UW/Product/Operations/Governance or related insurance roles.
Exposure to governance, audit, compliance, or strategy functions preferred.
Graduate/Postgraduate in insurance, analytics, business, or relevant fields.
