We are looking for experienced FP&A; and Finance Business Partnering specialists to join our finance team in Gurugram. The role will involve supporting business performance, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Business Finance Partnering, P&L; Management, and Business Performance Analysis.
Partner with business leaders and functional stakeholders to support financial and commercial decision-making.
Translate business objectives into financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Provide financial insights to improve revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.
Own and review P&L; performance, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and explain key financial and operational variances.




Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to identify growth and cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor key business KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Support pricing, investment, and resource allocation decisions through financial analysis.
Drive working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financial performance improvement initiatives.
Present financial performance and business insights to senior management.
Ensure financial plans are aligned with business objectives and support long-term growth.
