Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of Java Full Stack applications.
Design scalable microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop front-end solutions using React.js and JavaScript.
Drive architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
Implement cloud-native solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
Support production releases and operational excellence.

Preferred candidate profile
Currently working as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, Associate Architect, Senior Full Stack Developer, or Solution Architect.
Experience handling large-scale enterprise applications and cloud-native architectures.
Robust coding mindset with the ability to contribute hands-on while leading teams.
Demonstrated experience in code reviews, performance tuning, and engineering best practices.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production support activities.
