We are hiring a Sales Executive to join Advance Realty, a growing real estate company in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available real estate projects.

• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred location.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers.

• Maintain accurate customer and follow-up details in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide skilled support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.





• 6 months to 1 year of telesales or real estate sales experience.

• Positive communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Confident, persuasive and target-oriented personality.

• Candidates from Gurgaon or nearby locations will be preferred.
