Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Kolkata

CTC: ₹12,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 day weekly off

Shift: Day shift, round the year
Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
Assist customers with orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and payments.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and within timelines.
Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and other internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Follow up with customers and ensure proper resolution.
Provide information about MyPustak products, offers, and services.
RequirementsGood communication skills in English ,Hindi , Bengla
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and customer support tools.
Valuable problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Freshers can apply; customer support experience is preferred.

Preferred: Candidates with e-commerce/customer support experience.
