Candidate Profile:
Experience in Customer Relationship Management / Customer Support
Positive computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer queries, documentation, follow-ups and back-office operations
Candidates with experience in the Service Sector, Automobile, Insurance, Financial Services, Banking, or related industries will be preferred.
Freshers with positive computer and communication skills may also be considered.
