Key Responsibilities:
CCTV Installation and Configuration:
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and associated components.
Ensure proper positioning, alignment, and functionality of CCTV cameras to meet client requirements.
Networking Infrastructure:
Design, install, and maintain networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues to ensure seamless operations.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on CCTV and networking equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
System Integration:
Integrate CCTV systems with network infrastructure to enable remote monitoring and access.




Collaborate with clients to customize solutions that meet their specific security and connectivity needs.
Client Training:
Train clients or end-users on the proper use, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV and networking systems.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, maintenance activities, and repairs for reference and reporting.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all installations and services adhere to industry best practices and meet or exceed company standards.
Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring installations align with these requirements.
Client Support:
Provide exceptional customer service, answer client inquiries, and address concerns professionally.
