Admission Counsellor / Education Sales

We are hiring Admission Counsellors for Trueknack at Thane West – Wagle Estate.

Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand students' requirements and provide proper counselling.
Explain courses, fees, perks and admission process.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Handle student queries and objections professionally.
Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/admission targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with students.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Education Sales, Admission Counselling, B2C Sales, Telecalling or Inside Sales.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Graduate preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 in-hand + incentives
