Roles and Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and updates to prevent downtime or data loss.
Provide technical support to users through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.
Job Requirements :
5+ years of IT Experience in GMP setting in Pharma companies
Robust knowledge of installation procedures for desktops/laptops/servers.
Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware/software problems using logical reasoning skills.
