Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, documentation, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selections.
Coordinate employee joining formalities, onboarding, and induction programs.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll processing and resolve payroll-related queries.
Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports as required.
Manage exit formalities, full-and-final coordination, and employee documentation.
Support HR audits and other administrative activities.
Required SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
