Position: SMT Machine Operator

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled SMT Machine Operator to operate and monitor SMT production machinery, ensure quality PCB assembly, and maintain smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate SMT pick-and-place machines and related production equipment.
Load and replace component reels/feeders correctly.
Monitor machine operation and production output.
Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments.
Inspect PCBs for component placement, soldering, polarity, and visible defects.
Operate or assist with solder paste printer and reflow oven, if required.
Identify machine errors and report technical issues to the supervisor/technician.
Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance of SMT equipment.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and component usage records.
Follow ESD, safety, 5S, and quality-control procedures.




Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field preferred.
Previous experience in SMT/PCB assembly will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly.
Ability to identify components and handle small electronic parts carefully.
Positive attention to detail and willingness to work in a production setting.
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with SMT pick-and-place machines, solder paste printing, reflow ovens, AOI, or PCB assembly lines.
