We are looking for a B2B E-Commerce Platform Executive to manage our B2B e-commerce platform and daily computer operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, prices, images, and stock.
Process and manage customer orders.
Update inventory and product information.
Handle customer queries through phone and WhatsApp.
Track orders and coordinate with the delivery team.
Manage basic computer and office work.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams.
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce platforms.
