Job Title: Tech Analyst / Tech Lead - Technology Operations Center
Location: Pune / Hyderabad
We are looking for immediate joiners only.
Skills:
Positive understanding of the Mainframe Operations, CA7, Control M, Balancing and Scheduling, Java, Elastic search and Kibana: Application health, system availability, latency, performance, and end-to-end monitoring.
Previous experience monitoring and troubleshooting critical systems.
Working knowledge of any 5 of this software: Mainframe, Dynatrace, Tivoli, SiteScope, FireEye, McAfee EPO, Meraki, SCOM, NNM, SPLUNK, ServiceNow, and OMi event manager.
Open to work in different shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support a 24X7X365 workplace. Shifts may fluctuate to meet business and staffing needs.
