Job Description

We are looking for Business Development Executives to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to engage with prospective students/customers and convert leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students/leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and generate admissions/enrolments.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
Counsel prospective students and resolve queries related to programs, fees, eligibility and admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in CRM.
Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a positive customer experience.




Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve business objectives.

Candidate Profile
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling or Customer Relationship roles.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong desire to build a career in Sales/Business Development.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with prospects.
Candidates from EdTech, BPO, Telecalling, Inside Sales, BFSI, Retail or related sales backgrounds can apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
