About the RoleWe are looking for a Inside sales Executive responsible for generating business through outbound calls, handling customer queries, explaining financial products, and converting leads into customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads/database.
Explain product features, advantages, eligibility and documentation requirements.
Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic conversations.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
Coordinate with the sales/field team for further processing of qualified leads.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.




Ensure timely updating of calling sheets/CRM/ATS with customer remarks and follow-up status.
Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
Freshers with positive communication and sales aptitude can be considered.
Prior experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales / BFSI Sales will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems preferred.
Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Loan, Credit Card, CASA, Personal Loan, Home Loan or LAP telesales will be preferred.
