Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, with a robust focus on recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Prepare and post job descriptions on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.




Manage employee onboarding and maintain employee documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
Assist with performance management and disciplinary processes.
Handle employee exit formalities, exit interviews, and relieving documentation.
Act as the sole HR skilled, independently managing and overseeing all HR functions and responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment is mandatory.
Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
