Manage, supervise, and motivate a team of Customer Support Executives.
Monitor daily team performance, productivity.
Handle customer escalations and provide appropriate resolutions.
Monitor call quality and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Track KPIs such as conversion, call quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and performance feedback sessions.
Support team members in achieving individual and team targets.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
Coordinate with QA, HR, Operations, and management for smooth process functioning.
Ensure proper adherence to US process guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Assist in training and onboarding of current team members.
